This is me.
I'm Val.
Within the last year I've been a receptionist, a grad student, an unemployed person, and someone who moved across the country and am still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up and whether or not I should have babies.
Right now, I'm working for a museum, am a social media intern for TipMine.com, and freelance write for NewsForShoppers.com. I'm also suffering from some pretty intense baby fever.
I'm also a wife, a mother to two furry babies, a blogger, an obsessor, a reader, a writer, a runner, and a crazy pants all the time.
I recently started a second blog to explore my passion for writing and food over at By The Forkful.
This is my husband, Mike.
He's a saint for putting up with me.
He's a tech writer/editor, a clean-freak, a soccer fan, a Hobbit quoter, a reader, a runner, sometimes my photographer, and always my favorite.
These are our furry babies, Gizmo and Tuffy.
You can see their butts in most of my outfit pictures.
