Do people still blog? Is that still a thing?
Whatever.
So I'm unemployed again! You don't have to pretend to be shocked this time. My company surprise announced they were closing two of our main offices, including the one I worked at and they laid almost everyone off. I got offered relocation to Columbus, Ohio and no one is surprised I turned that down. So I've been unemployed since October and guess what? I'm not mad about it this time! I went back recently and fixed a bunch of my old blog posts and half of them were during bouts of unemployment and are mostly me freaking out and whining. But this time, I kind of love it. I'm 36, my last job was super stressful and anxiety inducing, I've had a rough two years with personal issues, and I'm not mad about being unemployed so I can sleep in, work out, snuggle my dogs, and bug my husband. I kind of love it!
So maybe I should blog again? For myself since I'm pretty sure no one reads these anymore?
