My Revolt Diary - Results

I wasn't very great about taking my measurements up front and I didn't get a scale until two days into the detox, but we'll just go from there.
Starting out, I was 5'2 and weighed around 125 pounds.
Which, to give you an explanation why I'm doing Revolt in the first place is over 10 pounds more than I weighed before we moved here.
Which doesn't sound like a lot, but on a super short, small boned person like me, it shows.
Ma' jeans are tight.
I did my skin fold tests with calipers (how gross is the phrase skin fold??) and measured out to about 29% body fat.
Yikes.
That's not great.
I decided my goal body fat should be about 19% which made my goal weight 105.
Which to me sounds daunting, but we'll see how it goes.
My main area I want to see improvement in is my waist.
I want that "Dear God if I have to sit here with these jeans poking into my fat stomach, I'm going to freak out." feeling to go away.
My waist measurement around starting time was 33.5".

Over a week later, my measurements are:

Weight hovering around 119-120.  Weight loss is pretty stalled which is okay with me as long as I lose fat mass and gain lean mass.
Body fat percentage is down to 24.78%.  I'm pretty happy about that as long as it keeps going down!
Those numbers mean I've lost about 6 pounds of fat mass which is pretty darn awesome to me.
Waist measurement came back as the same this morning which is a bummer, but okay with me since I can see my abs coming in and my stomach feels so much harder and stronger than before.

Overall, I'm a little bummed I'm not having a faster progress than some of the people on my program, but I'm going easy on myself since I started out pretty small and had already been eating well and doing weight training before I started.  I just need to keep plugging away, drink my damn water, and up the intensity of my workouts.
Mike, on the other hand, says he is super happy with how the diet is affecting him and his lean mass is the best it's best since high school.  Effer.
