This Sunday Currently

Currently I am...

Reading: Still reading the 4th Outlander book and The Hobbit, need to do more reading now that I'm unemployed, but have been getting through this Outlander book pretty fast lately.

Writing: This blog post, another blog post, and a job application.

Listening: Earlier to the filer doing the dogs nails, the click of their nails on the bathroom counter as they try to escape the filer, and now my fingers clicking on the keyboard and the clang of something with a button flipping around in the dryer.

Thinking: That I am super sleepy today for some reason. I blame the time change.

Smelling:  That weird burny smell when you use the battery operated nail filer to file your dog's nails. Is that a weird answer?

Wishing:  For a new job and renewed energy.

Hoping: That this lovely weather stays around.

Wearing: Pink and white VS pj pants and a grey tank top...because it's Sunday, that's why.

Loving: That we now do our dog's nails at home, their haircuts at home, I cut my own bangs, and dye my own hair. we're becoming weird hippies, I think.

Wanting:  To know where I'm going to work, where we're going to live, some kind of solid plan. I hate the unknown!

Needing: To get changed, go to the gym, then go to the store. And to not eat any more cheesecake today...urp. OH and to actually do my hair so I can take photos of a dress I received in the mail from's a CUTE one.

Feeling: Urpy and sleepy and sad that I'm unemployed, but also more than a little happy that I don't have to go to work tomorrow.

Clicking:  Blogger,, and Reddit.

A couple other things...

Sometimes our guest bathroom becomes a doggy nail salon.

Wee took a really great walk yesterday to enjoy the sunshine. Blog on that coming soon. (I know, I know, you can't wait!)

  2. Hi! I found your blog through the link up.

I'm reading the second Outlander book...I've been stuck on it for a looooong time! One day I'll get through it. :)

The unknown can be scary, especially when it comes to jobs. I hope it all works out for you soon!

    1. I got stuck on that one too, I ended up skimming through some of the historical stuff to get sucked back into the story.

      Thank you hun!!
